Urophilia
Urophilia, also known as "golden showers" or "watersports," is a sexual variation in which people derive pleasure from urine. Arousal is associated with smelling, feeling or tasting urine, as well as urinating on someone or being urinated on. Sometimes, the pleasure is physical, such as focusing on the warmth and smell of urine, while at other times it has to do with intimacy, closeness, and trust. Urination can also be tied into a sadomasochistic game, having to do with dominance and submission. Some women find that orgasm is more intense with a full bladder, and some like to urinate when they come.
Urolagnia is used to describe the pleasure of peeing in the pants or watching someone else wet themselves. This can be part of role playing in which one partner acts like an infant or wears diapers while the other plays the role of the parent. Uriposia describes the pleasure of drinking urine which can taste and smell different based on what peopleu eat or drink. The urine of healthy individuals is usually harmless.
