     Women have abortions for a variety of reasons. However, usually a woman chooses to have an abortion because the timing of the pregnancy is wrong. The decision to have an abortion can cause a great deal of distress and anguish. After the abortion is completed, the undesired situation may be solved, but the circumstances that led to the problem pregnancy may still need to be resolved. These problems take time and energy to deal with. Do not be afraid to talk to a counselor or loved one about what is going on. It is completely normal to seek help for your problems.
