We are excited to welcome the North Hall Endowed Chair, Professor Waverly Duck to the Sociology Department! The North Hall Endowed Chair came as a result of Black student protest and is intended to bring to campus faculty with outstanding records of achievement whose research will diversify and strengthen our present scholarship on knowledge, traditions, and activism in the Black World.
