Meetings will be held on Zoom from 3:30-4:45 PM PST on Thursdays unless indicated otherwise. The workshop is open to all faculty and graduate students. Attendees are expected to read the paper in advance of the workshop. The Zoom link will be circulated to the listserv before each meeting and available on the department calendar. Xiang-Yu Ma is a doctoral candidate in sociology at University of Chicago. His work focuses on computational studies of culture and morality. He is interested in how people define and use ideas of right and wrong and how these ideas circulate.
