Bio:
My research scope is very wide but briefly the topics I most wish to explore in depth are Marx's late writings on Hegel/communal forms and Chicano labour struggles in the U.S. in the 21st century. In the past, I have published on topic of the Mexican-U.S. border, corridos, and their relation to ideological hegemony as well as edited chapters on topics of "sociality" and the "social" in sociology.
